I first heard Ill Culinary Behaviour on a Jockey Slut CD
Loved it and went out and got Music for the Mature B Boy on heavyweight 180gsm vinyl.

Saw them at Glastonbury in 2003. Abdominal has impeccable flow.

Ooh, and I loved his FabricLive mix CD.
