I have an excellent electrician client who sorted out my light fittingsand I am excellent at painting ceilings (and painting in general)

how's your head for heights? my stupid ceilings are about 15 feet upbut i could bribe you and your electrician client with copious quantities of beer and pizza (after you've been up the ladder, clearly)
