How is it different to growing brown onions?
do you not just wang 'em in the ground and wait? Come to think of it, it's entirely possible that my strawberries are utterly fucked for the same reason. This would make me sad :(

Reds are more sensitive
And need more acidic soil.

Oops - amatuer gardener cover blown...

Aw, shame
anything that can't be grown by sticking it in the ground and waiting is best avoided by me. I did manage to grow a pumpkin plant this summer that was about 8 feet square though.
I also have Iggy Pop in my head now.

Lost on the Iggy Pop reference
I grow lots of good herbs and they're all dead.

I'm worth a million in prizes
is a lyric from 'Lust for Life' - one of Iggy's finer tunes.

Oh yeah.
That's why it's there.

Thought you were trying to reference Iggy to veg growing shenanigans.

Edit - that's been my sig for a good few days now. All my sigs are lyrics.

OK - not really into Pixies
Sorry. I like Debaser, and the other stuff that gets played on 6, but I've never got round to them.
