Do you use Hermes couriers?
because this it the second time - out of two, I might add - that they have been completely unreliable and shite.

Nope.
Royal Mail, Parcelforce and TNT, depending on what I'm sending. They are all utter shit.

I gave DPD a try last year - they gave me a price based on anticipated traffic of 50-80 parcels a day - and turned up each night in a transit van with enough room for about 10. Total spastics the lot of them.
