I was juggling ballsjust got the hang of it and I smacked my elbow on the corner of an overhead kitchen cupboard. Left a triangular dent about 5mm deep in my elbow between bones.
Must have hit a nerve or something because it hurt like a bitch and my hand was spasming about the place.
Not juggled since.
