Or you could use the money you were thinking of spending on lottery ticketsand putting it in a savings account until you've enough to cover the cost of where you might want to go?

Depending on the countries you choose, it needn't be that expensive.I've got a friend who travels a lot, he can survive on less than $10 a day in most of the places he like to go.
