Yeah, excellent job.It's a good thing that the rest of the developed world is doing the same, rather than just one country. Except they're not. This is nothing to do with environmental concerns at all. It's a happy accident that the biggest and easiest way of getting money from the people to the Government also coincides with election-time Green promises.
