Oh shit, I remember someone saying that it's warmer in December
that's the latest I've been in the sea. (In Ireland)

second to last time I went for a surf, even with wetsuit boots on my feet were so cold they hurt, a lot. I was in for 2 hours plus, but even so it forced me to spend £50 on the best new boots I could find on the way home.

We'll be paddling in the source of the Thames on Sunday
then in the sea at the estuary the following Sunday. Poppet's gonna fucking FREEZE.
