I don't think there's been a decision that has significantly changed my life one way or another.
If anything I would have said something to my cousin the night he died.

alt: I believe in it.

That;s a point, I might go back to the night my friend hanged himself and make sure
I went out with him and tried to cheer him up.

I feel that even if I'd said something to him it wouldn't have mattered.
and because he died, it's an even bigger reason I believe in an afterlife.

Is you belief in an afterlife based on a spiritual or christian belief?
Don't feel obliged to answer, I'm not getting into ANY sort of debate about religion, and I appreciate it's a person thing.
(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 22:04, Reply)
i am a christian but i think its equally spiritual and religious, for me

(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 22:13, Reply)
Did you have a strict Christian upbringing?
I only ask, as I had the full-on Catholic education and that was more than enough to turn me away from organised religion for life.
(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 22:20, Reply)
no, in fact my mother is more religious now than she was growing up
And I hate going to church. the church I grew up in is full of hypocrites and has completely turned me off the idea of organised religion and the idea of ever going to church, i prefer to have my beliefs and leave it at that

If that works for you. Who am I to question it?

(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 22:45, Reply)
True but it would have been nice to have tried.

(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 22:06, Reply)
definitely
but you don't always think "I should say this because they may die"
(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 22:15, Reply)
A decision you can think about making though K.
And it is a positive one.

'Once you've applied for your passport, where you'll want to go with it!'

Even if it's just a pipe-dream at the moment, having dreams about where you want to visit is a healthy thing.
