When I go I try and do cardio machines, and a few weights, as well as stretching either end. I am going to the Hell-Class tonight, though, which is 55 mins of straight exercise and weights and lunges and push ups and all that shit I can't do. But I certainly felt a difference. In that I couldn't move.
Alt: I also do a bit of yoga. I really quite like it. Very relaxing. Not sure about the weight loss opportunities though.

No, partner exercises for the small of your back. It's pushing down on your back when you're in a certain position. Really great.
