gym 3 times a week
- weights twice a week and cardio once.

My goal is to lose my spare tyre but not put too much effort in. I don't do much else, although once the weather is better I shall be walking to the pizza place to pick up my order, 10 minutes each way.

I'm not really much of a dieter.
