It was incredible, and no.
Parked the car up after the drive from Addlestone to Hackney and didn't touch it for two whole days. We took the bus into central and the boat up and down the river. Yesterday we paddled in the sea, much to the delight of some onlookers who I think thought I was a foot fetishist, taking photos of Poppet with her boots and socks off and jeans rolled-up to the knees. The whole trip was utterly awesome and I'd repeat it in an instant.
