you should have seen the cake i got from waitrose for a dinner party the other night. it was a homemade (allegedly) sponge cake stuffed with chocolate chips, and it was AMAZING. none of us could stop scarfing it down with both hands. they also did one that was caramel-coffee flavour, but coffee sucks donkey dick, so that one got left on the shelf.

That sounds lovely. I did power Yoga last night. We had to attempt to support our weight on our hands folded under our chests. My breasts got in the way.

and I'll need my car after work on Friday, so I figured I ought to cycle at least two days in the week. Unfortunately I picked the day it decided to rain...

I'm not even going to go for any of that faux-healthy shit either, it's going to be chocolate cake all the way, until I've eaten so much of it I'm crying cake tears.

It'll be ok. I might treat myself to an individual slice of cheesecake or something if I can find one. Or some booze.
I hope you are more cheerful soon.

but I've just found out I've got an interview for Edinburgh next week, so that kind of balances it out a little.

Punching doesn't solve anything, remember. Well done on Edinburgh, though, best of luck!

and cheers - although I've just looked up how long and expensive the train will be. /sigh

Edinburgh's a long way off... That, admittedly, was a major factor in my choice of uni.

takes a fraction of the time but considerably more expensive sadly...
