that's how it used to be here I think but I think the problem is that most kids are forbidden and we have to wait so longthat when we get it we go crazy, at least that's what I did
my cousin died from alcohol poisoning and they prosecuted the guy that bought the booze for the party he was at

From chatting to several American exchange studentsapparantly even at university we drink a lot more than American counterparts do, and nearly everyone I know drank well before the legal age of 18
