I can't, I suffer dreadfully from nervousness in exams and interviews and stuff like thatbut I will try to relax a bit more this time.

It is a two way process though.If you think the labs and facilities are shit, voice your concerns, ask what investment is being made. Make them feel like they'd be lucky to have you.
