I don't think there is any reason to think that she's a fucking spasticIt's just as likely that a significant proportion of her peers thought the course was fucking shit and taught by arrogant cunts who viewed themselves as doing these students a favour by deigning to teach them, but who were able to get good enough grades to do what they wanted.
Admittedly the idea that exams have become "psychologically difficult" doesn't really help her case not to be considered a fucking spastic, but it could easily be case of both statements being correct.
