I totally love Katsu, the one at Yo! is good, but far from best. Next time you're in the neighbourhood, I'll katsu something up for you.Or if you go to a big supermarket, you can buy "Panko Breadcrumbs" from their japanese section, that's the stuff they use, just cover whatever it is you want to katsu with flour-egg-panko-egg-panko and fry it (don't have to use a deep fat fryer, a normal shallow fry still works, it just needs to be turned).
