I think I will have to knock the running on the headWhich is annoying, because that treadmill wasn't cheap. The problem with cycling is that I own neither an exercise nor regular bike, and my innate lack of balance makes me a danger to myself and others

I'm sure you will be able to recoup a fair amount if you flog itand exercise/actual bikes are pretty cheap.
