my ex was mostly a veggie as wellalthough she did eat fish, and if pushed chicken. She just didn't like meat, but unfortunately for her was allergic to peppers, and hated things like aubergine.
If she hadn't been a big fan of fish I couldn't have gone out with her for 2 and a half years.
