I am unaware of any bands who've ever been worse than Oasis, the only way they could have not been overrated would be if everyone had correctly observed that they were a joke band and had intelligently refused to buy their music. To take a current equivalent, The Killers; they only have two songs, "fast" and "slow" and both of them were written by Duran Duran. And they most be the most inappropriately named band ever. I've never seen a less threatening collection of individuals.
