hmmm....depends on where you rent, it's likely that if you just get a room in someones home utilities will be freebut if you rent an apartment then they take care of trash removal and water, you take care of the electric, and sometimes heat, it may be the same at a house
if you want a phone or tv and internet service then you do contracts through seperate companies
