Totally made a wicked awesome dinner.Apple Ice Wine + Chilli + Smoked Garlic + Creme Fresh + Single Cream + Spring Onion + a dressed crab... mixed in with pasta.
It's made such a nice sauce, I'd be well pleased if I had this in a resutrant.
