Monty is rightIt's not like complaining to a salesman in Dixons about the TV they recommended which turned out to be unsuitable for your needs. The person you're complaining to may be a representative of their company but your problem is not their fault. You'd have to put a phenomenally well-argued case to such a person for them to think anything other than "oh shut up and fuck off"
