You'd have to be reeeeeally careful to make sure you trimmed all the bits of sprue off properly first thoughotherwise there'd be potential for some seriously uncomfortable chafeage.

Also, you really don't want to be using superglue.Poly cement will be uncomfortable, but won't stick flesh together. Superglue will.
