I don't know how women work exactly.
But men have developed a technique when this sort of thing happens. What we do, is tip our heads backwards, this means we can see above a lot of buildings.

How tall are the fucking buildings?
Even though the moon is closer to the earth than it has been in 30 years, it is still the best part of a quarter-of-a-million miles away.
