I'm not moving in.
I had a big reccy on Friday and I hate the area. Plus he has not done what he said he would to the house and I don't want to live in a shit hole. I haven't told him yet as I didn't go to Wales in the end last night. Going to speak to him tomorrow and offer to paint the room a neutral colour.

Bristol with my mate Ben for a couple of weeks as he has a spare room
and keep looking in Wales. There are a couple of cottages that have dropped below 150 in Caerleon which is my budget to buy so trying to decide what to do long term really. I have an option of renting with some mates in Bristol but won't work long term.

5.70 a day and about 10 in petrol there and back.
Not an option. I think I am going to have to buy but will need to sort out somewhere short term for a few months.
