I hated Nigel when he did that thing with celebrities, cooking the food of their childhood and all that, he came off as really creepy.But I love his autobiography (both book and film) and his Simple Suppers series.

He's a fucking benderbut his recipes are excellent. His lentil dal recipe cannot be faulted.
