Do you add some sort of liver into your lasagnia?I once saw someone do what looked like essenchally a fish pie, a luxoury one with scallops and prawns and lobseter, but with lasagnia instead of potato. Looked well lush.

liver goes in meat lasagne for richness, yeahbut it's really about how long you cook the meat ragu for and how you do it.
