I'll try and get in touch with a mate of mine next week.He either still has (or did have) a company that provided resources for Landlords who didn't want to use letting agents.
If he is still working in this space, then he might be a useful contact to have.

CheersThat's sort of the market I'm going for.
I'm mortgage free at the end of this year. I can pick up driving work if I need to but that'll be a supplement, rather than the main income.
