A yesterday I had a Loyd Grossman pasta bake sauce from a jar.It was pretty good. I looked at the ingredients on the jar and thought "I can make that!" so I bought some bits and bobs, daughter and I just made four jar's worth and it tastes fucking divine. She's rather pleased with her cheese straws too.
