I like him a lotListen to this song. If you don't like it, it's probably safe to say you're not going to like most of his stuff.
Edit: Mostly he's famous as a songwriter - if you don't like the way he sings, there are hundreds of cover versions out there. For instance, it was him who wrote "All along the watchtower", although he admitted Hendrix's version of it was better than his.
