Fucking splendid, it was. Also they made blue cheese ice cream, which is better than it sounds.

I had gin and tonic sorbet
a month back. We were already quite drunk (it was between courses as a palate cleanser) and I spent about three minutes wondering why it didn't taste like lemon.
