to be fair, I'm basically the same weight I've been since I was probably 14
which is horrible for someone that age, and this age, but I haven't gained, and I'm sure if I quit drinking I could lose weight
but...ugh...who wants to do that?

It works a fucking treat, trust me.
I dropped about 25lb in two months stopping drinking and increasing walking last year. Shit I've put it back on again since Christmas :/
