Without reference to the AV vote. I'm not sure I'm that bothered about the largest minority winning, I probably read this somewhere but it's like "you picked the loser, now let's consider your vote".
I do get where you are coming from though. It's a bodge because it formed part of the coalition agreement which gave both parties something and nothing of what they wanted.
