^ThisI liked the programme he did about the Children's Hospital food. Showed that he's incredibly creative and clever with food production - of course he can be called 'poncy' at his restaurant, but that sort of comes with the territory of being one of the best restaurants in the world.
I've eaten there. It's outstanding.
