That's clearly incorrectBack in the days of MS-DOS you needed to really know what you were doing to get programs running, let alone networking. Most home networks now can be set up with the bare minimum of technical knowledge, you just plug it in. Installing new hardware is virtually always plug in and reboot, no installing drivers, no reconfiguring your set up or anything.
So I think you should retract that comment.
