Oh ok, I really used to like Bar Central in MK, full of proper, mostly-normal people dressed like they'd covered themselves in superglue and rampaged through a series of progressively more-unusual charity shops
and I learned a lot about music at those nights, and people. Like the huge guy with a face full of shrapnel, leather from top to toe who spoke like Joe Pasquale.
