adding into the fact that she still jumps all over people, after a year of training, she has to stay in her crate or she will destroy everything, and she barks constantly

maybe call the rspca and surrender her then?
give her a chance with another family? Maybe she's a dog that needs a lot of space or something.

That's what I'm thinking. There's a no kill shelter here, and they're professionals, they may be able to help her more than I can.
