I only got bad come downs if I'd taken amphetamines.Which was usually always : /

The come down was rarely worth the high.I'm pleased I left that 'scene' behind many many years back.

You could manage the comedowns with careful planning and other drugs.Still there's a time when you have to leave that shit behind and get on with life.
