My father once regaled my brother and Iabout a time that he attended a party a Glamis Castle hosted by the current Lady Macbeth, during which 'her butler came back from the wine cellar dusting off a delightful little Semillon'.
He is normally quite a bright fellow, but he genuinely could not fathom out why my brother and I practically ruptured our spleens guffawing.
