Yes, they own it, but...really, they only own it for my pleasure, they'd have sold it if it wasn't for the fact that it is the only place I do any strenuous exercise.

Nah.They don't have any of that nonsense, there are no holiday camp style parks in that part of the country, we're on a private owners site that is family run. It's the cycling and hiking that gets me pumping. I enjoy the natural area.
