There are probably 10 acts on that lineup I'd see
It's not worth the hundreds of pounds, the thousands of people and the filth.

I concur
In 2005 I could deal with the weather and the crowds because the whole thing was so new and exciting. 2007 they opened up another field and increased capacity to 170,000 or something stupid. That's too many people to be tramping around a farm that's been pissed on all week.

Especially when most of them are cunts.

It's worth going to the once, I reckon.
I've been twice, both times in my very early twenties and now it just doesn't appeal anymore.

I'll see you upfront at the Surrey Advertiser Stage at Guildfest this year m8

Hah, yeah, I'll be one of the hundreds
with my BMW parked thirty feet away, with my perma-tanned wife acting like she's at fucking Ascot.

Everyone who goes is a cunt to one degree or another
If they say "You just have to get into the spirit of it" then they're an especially slack and pustulent cunt.

Marvellous imagery and admirable sentiment.

Yeah I got really fed up of hearing that
When the latest torrential downpour was struggling to remove the caked-on mud from my legs. I don't pay obscene amounts of money to get pissed on in crowds of dickheads.

Any more.

I'm surprised no-one considers the benefits of a decent pair of fishing waders.
Or maybe a wetsuit.
