Kriss Kross are on BBC3 on Glastonbury.
They're much older, as you'd expect.

Have they learnt how to dress themselves correctly yet?

(, Sat 25 Jun 2011, 23:49, Reply)
My mistake, it was 'Big Boi' from Outkast and his tracksuited band

One of my favourite anecdotes
is someone who apparently overheard some lost elderly American tourists in Oxford saying, about a gang of 'hoody' types, 'I don't know, perhaps we should ask these athletes where it is'
(, Sat 25 Jun 2011, 23:54, Reply)
the Wu Tang Clan were pretty good on the coverage.
C.R.E.A.M. was a highlight.
(, Sat 25 Jun 2011, 23:56, Reply)
I've heard tourists saying stupider things than that

(, Sat 25 Jun 2011, 23:56, Reply)
stupider things than
Thousand dollar bill y'all?

Constant requests for the Harry Potter college
and marvelling over how old the buildings are 'gee it must be over a hundred years old' aside?

Ol' Dirty Bastard trying to invite all the ladies of Ilford to his hotel
and then his trousers falling down was one of the funniest things I've ever seen.
(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:01, Reply)
I have heard that he liked it raw.

Someone nicked Method Man's shoe
when they played at Equinox and wouldn't give it back. That was also hilarious.

?
(, Sat 25 Jun 2011, 23:59, Reply)

I liked when we were passing below Carlton Terrace during Trooping the Colour
and some toff people were partying in the gardens up there.
Some American tourist goes "So what's that up there, is it the Lord Mayorrr's Paaalace?" so I go "Yeah, BoJo lives right there. That's his Palace. That's where the Queen's off to now. For a barbecue."
(, Sat 25 Jun 2011, 23:59, Reply)

oh Roota in the name of all that's holy, why?

(, Sat 25 Jun 2011, 23:55, Reply)
It's lovely and depressing and saxy.
It's like, those things when you're a kid that conjure up the idea of things thathappen in other places when you're asleep.
And teak veneer furniture with a pull-down bit with some mock leather and smoked glass whisky tumblers that your Nana only uses at New Year.

His voice makes me feel sick.
Like Jim Diamond's. And Chubby Checker's.
(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:06, Reply)
I can understand that.
I have 'I Won't Let You Down' on vinyl, but I was a child!

One of the most alarming bits of synth ever.
Real Alan Partridge 'ahaaaaa' stuff.

I seem to recall he was in a phone box in the video.
(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:09, Reply)
Don't remember the video.
Have the video for 'I should have known better' on my 1984 video tape though.

I can't get past Tom Wait's horrible horrible voice. Ditto Neil Young.
But I love Nick Cave. Better singer though, eh?
(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:08, Reply)
Apart from his work with Buffalo Springfield
and a rather punkish live LP he did, Neil Young is a cunt. 'Rocking in the Free World' is one of the worst songs ever, by anyone, including 'There's no-one quite like Grandma'.
(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:12, Reply)
The st winifreds school choir shouldn't be under-estimated.
I'm sure at least one of them is well fit.
(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:13, Reply)
I burgled 'Grandma's' house a few years back.

(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:16, Reply)
I hope you kicked her back doors in.

(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:17, Reply)
Er, got the Grandma one on vinyl too...
I didn't ASK for that though, not like I asked for Hello by Lionel.
(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:13, Reply)
Is it me you're looking for?
*Makes clay Roota head, and. Like the blind bird in the video, it looks nothing like Roota*
(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:15, Reply)
Haha that Lionel head is boss

(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:17, Reply)
No it isn't.
It's a fucking disgrace.
(, Sun 26 Jun 2011, 0:18, Reply)

'Ceiling' is a far better bit of Lionel's work.
The best cod-African breakdown this side of Paul Simon.
