What I tend to do is have the formulars in a hidden sheet, then get them to link back to the front sheet and password protect that, but that could be a lot of work if you didn't do that at first.

Yeah, it's a sheet that tells them how overdue things are based on when they were sent offand how quick a turnaround was requested.
