I'm thinking that, should he not have been hurt, he could have convinced someone who would ware a helmet not too, and that person died.....
... then i wouldn't say the OP was resonsible entirely, but he would have caused a preventable death.

Wait, does that make sense? I mean, these guys who say riding a fucking motorbike at 90mph without a helmet are fucking retarded, they're giving out bad safety/health/whatever advice and people are dying directly because of it.
