Nonononono NOGet out of my head, I asked the pasta teacher if the Italians do that, jam with masciponi, and he said they don't but he does a banana one with a syrup sauce. I told him about my steaming and shallow frying them and he was impressed, asked me how I thought that one up and I said I was eating Goyaza and thought that it's not different from stuffed pasta.
