I sold a silk skirt a year or so agoand the woman wanted a further discount after receiving it as she said the lining was ripped. It wasn't ripped when I sent it, which I told her. She then tried telling me she wanted a discount as it was a gift for her sister. WTF?
I told her if she wasn't happy then send the skirt back to me, I'll refund and that'll be the end of it. She never replied.
I need to sell some stuff soon but I'm dreading using ebay again.

Ioffered a refund earlier, pretty much the first reply to her messages. No reply to that from her.
