there's a carton of Covent Garden Bloody Mary soup in the fridge herewas kind of curious about that. Surely any vodka would cook off when you heat it?

I don't like hot tomatoe soupfor some reason, the tomatoe gets all bitter... it's so nice when it's just fresh.
