Kinda sorta not really.The predicted effects are only measurable at large speeds and masses and even if they could be measured down at the size of Gonzo's Jewfro-wrapped bonce, General Relativity breaks down as a model when things get small.

You can just about measure it with atomic clocks on long haul flightsbut even then it's ten to the minus 16 seconds or something.
