My commute time is six minutes.To shave five minutes off it I'd have to pack the lycra into my anal cavity and set it on fire.

Mine was 43 minutes. now its 38It's great, I can eat and drink like a fat bastard and stay trim due to the extra 1200 calories a day I'm burning.
